You must have all rights, consents, and permissions needed to use that content and to contact the recipients you target.

Accounts, Access, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, connected account access, and generated API tokens.

Any activity performed through your account is treated as authorized by you unless you notify MyDigiBiz of a security issue without unreasonable delay.

Availability and Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or improve features at any time, including workflows related to campaigns, groups, imports, or APIs.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, security updates, or emergency changes when needed.

We may also remove access if fees are unpaid, the service is abused, or your use violates these terms or applicable messaging rules.

MyDigiBiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including messaging restrictions, third-party platform actions, or customer misuse of imported data.
