Referral Policy

This Referral Policy applies to any MyDigiBiz referral arrangement, campaign, code, or manually approved referral benefit. No referral reward is created unless MyDigiBiz has clearly communicated the offer and the qualifying conditions.

Scope of This Policy

This policy governs any referral offer, promotional arrangement, or partner-style introduction approved by MyDigiBiz.

If no active referral offer has been communicated by MyDigiBiz, this page explains the default rules that would apply before any reward is recognized.

Qualifying Referrals

A referral qualifies only if the referred customer is genuinely new to MyDigiBiz and completes the required purchase or activation through an approved referral path.

  • The referred customer must not already be an existing customer, lead, or active opportunity in our records
  • The referral must be made through a method approved by MyDigiBiz
  • Any applicable payment, verification, or waiting period must be completed before a reward is issued

Non-Qualifying Referrals

The following situations do not qualify for referral rewards or credits.

  • Self-referrals or referrals between accounts controlled by the same person or business
  • Duplicate leads, recycled contacts, or customers already in active discussion with MyDigiBiz
  • Orders that are refunded, reversed, cancelled, fraudulent, or otherwise not completed in good standing
  • Spam, misleading promotion, fake accounts, or unauthorized use of brand terms or claims

Referral Rewards

Any referral reward, credit, discount, or payout depends on the specific offer communicated by MyDigiBiz at the time of the referral.

Rewards may be delayed, adjusted, or withheld until MyDigiBiz completes internal verification of the referral and the referred order.

Promotion Standards

Anyone promoting MyDigiBiz through a referral arrangement must do so accurately and responsibly.

  • Do not imply an official partnership, certification, or endorsement unless MyDigiBiz has granted it in writing
  • Do not make false claims about pricing, features, approvals, or guaranteed results
  • Do not use paid brand bidding, impersonation, or deceptive landing pages without explicit permission

Review, Changes, and Cancellation

MyDigiBiz may review any referral activity, request clarification, reverse a reward, or terminate an arrangement if abuse, misrepresentation, or policy violation is detected.

We may update or withdraw a referral offer at any time, but changes will not affect rewards already confirmed in writing by MyDigiBiz unless fraud or abuse is involved.
